TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash. Settlements are to be made with the clerk immediately at the conclusion of the auction.

HEALTH: Every animal in this sale is, to the best of our knowledge, free from any disease or defect. The bulls, at weaning were vaccinated for IBR, BVD, PI3, BRSV, 7-Way and Haemophilus; and poured with Ivomec.

BREEDING GUARANTEE: All bulls, 12 months of age and over at the time of the sale are guaranteed breeders. Cattle believed to be non-breeders are returned to the seller at the buyer’s expense.

CONTRACT: The above terms and conditions of sale shall constitute a contract between buyer and seller of each animal and shall be equally binding on both. Each sale or resale of an animal constitutes a separate transaction. The owners assume no liability, legal or otherwise.

LIABILITY: The owner cannot be responsible for any accidents, but every effort will be made to provide for the safety and comfort of those attending the sale. Each animal will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as sold. Every precaution will be taken for the welfare of the cattle sold.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements made sale day will take precedence over printed material in the catalog.

MAIL BIDS: Mailed or telephoned bids will be handled in a most confident manner. If you are unable to attend the sale personally, simply contact the Sandmeiers.

PRESALE VIEWING: Bulls can be seen at any time at the ranch.

DELIVERY: We will provide free deliver, up to 150 miles Arrangements can be made to leave your bull at Sandmeier Charolais until a later date.
